Gainsborough Holdings is a private family held and managed company designed to grow returns from real estate and other investment opportunities to the benefit of the family and charitable organizations designated by managing partner Jeff Gainsborough.

Jeff Gainsborough
CEO & Founder
Mr. Gainsborough started his career as a finance and insurance consultant for the auto industry in 1987 at Pat Ryan & Associates. He started building a strong career in dealership and continued acquiring detailed knowledge of the auto dealer’s internal workings as a finance and insurance manager. This experience became immensely helpful in running his current business.
In 1992, he moved into the mortage banking and lending industry. In 2008, Mr. Gainsborough moved into the mobile housing market, founding Mobile Housing of Texas, which has grown into one of the top independent dealerships in the state of Texas.
30 years of expertise in dealership operations, finance, mortgage lending, insurance and marketing, supports a solid career in real estate and financial management. His wide experience working with the Hispanic/Latino community brings a unique expertise and insight into Gainsborough Holdings business model.
Mr. Gainsborough successful career as an entrepreneur started in 1997 launching his first business in the mortgage lending industry and selling his first company, Foremost Mortgage Company to US Mortgage Corp in 2001 a full-service mortgage lending licensed in 23 states. Mr. Gainsborough is the current president and Co-Founder of AmeriCasa Solutions and AmeriCasa Communities and is the sole founder of Mobile Housing of Texas, Inc., MHOT Financial, LLC, and MHOT Insurance Agency, LLC.

Providing a lineup of singlewide and doublewide manufactured homes allows customers to view their new or used home in person or through the internet.
AmeriCasa Communities
Which is currently a partner or sole owner in 3 manufactured home communities leasing over 700 home sites. While actively pursuing additional acquisitions for future manufactured home communities.
MHOT Financial, LLC
As a mobile home sub-prime lender and loan servicing company since 2008, MHOT Financial, LLC offer home loan packages to everyone regardless of their citizenship. These solutions have contributed to thousands of families achieving home ownership. We are the largest independent manufactured home financing company in the greater Houston area and the state of Texas!
MHOT Insurance Agency, LLC:
MHOT insurance agency helps homeowners buy affordable home insurance and save money with a combined auto policy. Providing insurance products that fit each customer needs and budget since 2014. The main goal is to offer coverage for the unthinkable, providing top-of-the-line personalized customer service.
